Therefore, **Cancellation is possible if you let us know within 10 hours of making the purchase. 

Please note that in the unlikely event, exchanges are possible if you receive a damaged or faulty item.

In such cases, we will require pictures of the damage to be sent within 7 days of receiving the item. However, we do not accept exchanges for items if you simply change your mind about the style or if the wrong size was ordered.
