Jen Rodd, the founder of HOTRODDS is a dedicated mama and creative soul. She loves giving inspiration and lifting people up. Jen believes that you can achieve whatever it is that you set your heart and mind to.

By working on your self belief, connecting with your confidence, and being ok with feeling vulnerable and totally messing it all up, Jen believes you have everything you need to get started, and get momentum.  With the right attitude, a little bit of luck and universal intervention, you can make your dream a reality. First, you have to try and then keep trying. 

 

In this breath - Jen's desire to inspire has been channeled through all of her childhood dreams.
With this deep desire to inspire people, and be true to herself, Jen has constantly tried to demonstrate that if she can do it, so can you!

With this Jen started her own recruitment business in London when when was 24 years old. She ran it for 8 years and won awards of achievement from the REC. Like always, when you start to go for your dreams the challenges show up along the way and you have to keep trying and keep going, constantly fuelling your own self belief and revisiting your own reasons for doing what you are doing.  

Jen went on to her new next dream of hosting talk shows, and acting, and went for it. Again coming up with the challenges and constantly reminding herself of her why!  She hosted podcast shows, radio shows, and television lifestyle slots and she secured an acting role on one of South Africas favourite soap series.

The tragic loss of her brother, changed her life and path forever. In this instant "career" climbing and accolades became irrelevant. 

Since then life has only been about the search for deep truth, love connections, and real daily joy. 

 

She become a certified traditional hatha yoga teacher, and a certified NLP master life and career coach.  Enriching and deepening her own inner yogi and her search or life's truth.  
She started coaching men and women in life and career. She continued to interview people about their life stories on her own podcast show, and she hosted several healing yoga retreats through her Yoga school in South Africa. 

When she realised the need for daily creativity, movement and fun - combined with her love for business and yoga, she came up with the idea of HOTRODDS.    

living between London, South Africa and Amsterdam over the last 24 years. Now married, with step daughters and two of her own children, Jen is settled in Haarlem in the Netherlands with her Dutch family.

Listening to her heart, seeing the world around her, and responding to all the signs of the universe is what steers Jen in her right direction. Her family and friends are always at the helm. ​
